Note: all apartments must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure. Arrivals, if earlier than 3 or 4 pm, may have to wait for the apartments to be cleaned and prepared.
Terms
Minimum stay 1 week, except low season. Prices include welcome food pack, (see below) and change of sheets and towels, weekly for Hacienda Beach and twice weekly for Dominion Beach, unless booking special offer.
A 25% non-returnable reservation deposit is required in advance by bank transfer, balance to be paid in full 4 weeks before arrival or in CASH on arrival.
A holding deposit of Euros 400 or equivalent against breakages, telephone, (if applicable), and excess use of electricity is required on arrival.
Apartments with private jacuzzis carry a 199 euros per week supplement for maintenance. We regret that we do not accept cheques or credit cards.
Extras
Extra beds, cots, high chairs, etc., can be hired for 35 eurosper week by advance booking.
Welcome food pack comprises: Milk, eggs, butter, sugar, tea, coffee, soap, toilet rolls, bread, orange juice, and a bottle of water.
